Delivered the scrub trousers - got another batch of scrub tops. Took Sheila and Jasper with me and we went to the Co-op in Llantwit. A good shop.
I tried to remove creeper on garage roof onto the makeshift platform.
The idea was to rake it off the roof onto the cardboard so that at the completion of the job on the roof it could be heaved back into place. I couldn't do it. The roofers will have to do it tomorrow when they arrive. Or else Plan B - whatever that is.
Tidied the conservatory and got everything ready for tomorrow. Except the biscuits. I forgot the biscuits. Builders always need biscuits. I do have sugar though.
My favourite online game, Scrabble has been taken off. There are a lot of very cross people including me and a FB page -'Bring Back the Original Scrabble' has sprung up. I have been playing since 2013 - usually several games over my (lengthy) breakfast and sometimes lunch. I had twenty games on the go at any one time and I would do all of those in which it was my turn. It was my brain exercise. There are some alternative sites and I am exploring those but it is very annoying to be so deprived.
Watching a repeat of Broadchurch whilst I am doing this blog. I can multitask. I can't remember 'who done it' however. But it's good stuff. Better than Life on Mars which I had been watching.

The UK has recorded its lowest daily rise in the number of coronavirus deaths since before lockdown on 23 March, latest government figures show.
A further 55 people died after testing positive with the virus as of 17:00 BST on Sunday, taking the total to 40,597.
This included no new deaths announced in both Scotland and Northern Ireland for the second consecutive day.
However, there tends to be fewer deaths reported on Mondays, due to a reporting lag over the weekend.
During the peak of the virus there were more than 1,000 deaths a day, but surveillance suggests the true figure may be five times higher..
The challenge now will be making sure the figures stay low as restrictions are eased.
Another difficulty facing the government is that, even with the extra testing in place, not all infections appear to be getting picked up.
Some of these will be asymptomatic cases - people who do not show symptoms - but the concern remains that some people are simply not coming forward.
Identifying these will be crucial to keep on top of the virus.

Bird Song
I have been trying to identify bird song but as I have no ear for a tune I am finding it difficult. Have a try.

This is a group of people on a Sighthound Walk. Sighthounds in the UK are Greyhounds, Whippets, Salukis, Lurchers and now, more frequently Spanish Galgos. I have a Whippet called Jasper. There are groups who favour these dogs and organise walks where we can get together. The above walk is in Dyffryn Gardens last year. The walks are currently in abeyance, of course, because of Coronavirus, but I hope they will begin again soon.
TOT ZIENS! Keep Playing! Keep Walking!
