Day 88 Up on the Downs

Notes for new readers - as this is a diary the first entry is the last, so you get to know 'who done it' before the crime is committed! This is a pain but can't be helped. After a week of entries the scrolling will stop and if you want to venture further click on 'OLDER POSTS' and read until you get to the first entry 'The Day Before Day 1

Finally finished the scrub bottoms and took them to Llantwit.  They weren't entirely to my satisfaction but I think they will pass muster.
Sheila and I thought it would be nice to try Llantwit Beach for a walk but the car park was closed so we went up on the Downs instead. It was very pleasant and Jasper had a good run about. We made the decision (again) to go there more often if the weather is suitable (no rain, no cold wind and not too sunny as there is no shade.) We saw and heard a skylark.
Warm and thundery with odd small showers.
No more scrubs for a day or two as they have to be cut out. So tomorrow will be a day of house cleaning and laundry. I think I prefer the scrubs.
