Well we have the rain I wanted. The garden and the allotments are getting a good soaking and my new garage roof will be getting tested for water tightness.
More scrub sewing this morning. Here is a picture of the garments I am making being worn by a care worker called Mari.
It is Andy's birthday today and a few of us had a Zoom meeting to celebrate - it was a laugh. We were asked to wear something red - this was me -
Nick Russell joined us and gave us a song - Sweet Caroline. We plan to have another session on the 24th when it is Annie's birthday.
10.00pm Just went outside to check - the water is running off the roof via the guttering and downpipe and inside the garage seems dry.

An appealing photo of my previous whippet, Rufus. He sadly died aged 4 from fluid on the lungs. A lovely dog and much missed. He taught himself to open doors by pulling on the handles.
When we first got him we nearly called him Zorro because of the marks around his eyes. It's a good job we didn't as the mask faded as he got older.
TOT ZIENS! Keep talking! Keep Zooming! Keep partying!
